When you join the Linrose plant, you’ll become a part of a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative team. Interested candidates will have the ability to work efficiently, effectively and safely in a manufacturing environment. Previous plant/manufacturing experience is a plus, but is not required.

**Note: As a member of JN Linrose second shift, you will work four 10-hour shifts: Monday – Thursday, 2pm to midnight, with a paid lunch.

Primary responsibilities may include:

  • Establishing machine set-up to meet product design intentions
  • Producing product within quality specifications and production rates
  • Meeting production and shipping goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Assisting in the setup of tools, dies, and equipment to operate roll-forming machines to form materials as specified by work orders
  • Loading and unloading parts on roll forming machines
  • Performing coil and line changeovers

Job Requirements include:

  • Ability to handle, lift, carry and set up equipment/product that weigh up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand 8-10 hours per day with breaks
  • Ability to push, pull, reach, grip and bend frequently
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment and follow all safety policies
  • Willingness to be flexible to help meet customer demands
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to integrate into and excel in a team environment
  • Willingness to submit a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
